We stay is the perfect solution for the home owner with lots of space and extra rooms or the investment unit owner looking for more bookings…all at no charge to promote on this web site.

We stay allows you to list your accommodation for free, alter your rates and booking information from our admin module, and allow you to decide when and how much to charge guests.

We stay simply adds $10.00 to your booking fee and we handle the entire transaction for you.

You upload your accommodation details when you sign up. You determine the rates and rooms. You can even attach a photo of yourself, which is always handy.

We accept the payment from guests on your behalf for the accomodation booked and transfer it directly to your nominated bank account 24-48 hours before your guest arrives.

We stay is a simple and easy way for you turn your spare room or unit into a nice little money maker.

HOSTS: Your guest will expect a clean freshly made bed in a tidy room with easy access to toilet and shower facilities. A light breakfast in the morning is also desireable.

GUESTS: You will be expected to conduct yourself in a quiet, polite, courteous and friendly manner as you will be staying with someone in their private home.

Terms & Conditions.

1. You must be 18 years or over to be a Guest or Host.

2. We make every effort to ensure the Host information is correct at the time of their submissions, however as this can be changed Westay can not guarantee it's ongoing accuracy. Hosts and Westay reserve the right to make changes at any time without notice.

3. Cancellations will not be accepted within 7 days prior to booking. A fee of $25.00 will apply to all cancellations outside this time.

4. Westay accepts no responsibility for personal injury or property damage to Hosts or Guests.

5. Once payment is received at Westay, confirmation emails will be sent to the Host & Guest detailing each others contact details. Any further correspondence should be direct between the Host and the Guest and not via Westay if possible.
